Our drivers are required to go through ongoing, extensive training and are required to earn various certifications. Our required classes include: Accident Scene Management, Customer Safety, Roadside Safety, Straps, Skates, Lockouts, Customer Service, Winching, and Invoicing. By requiring certifications to be earned by our drivers, this ensures that our drivers have the experience and knowledge needed to handle any situation in a safe and professional manner. Our drivers are always in uniform, wearing safety vests and name badges, and our trucks are always clean and in excellent condition. The safety of our customers, drivers, and everyone involved (including our customer’s vehicles) is always our number one goal and is taken very seriously by everyone in our organization. It is our promise to provide fast and damage free service with true professionals.
